MONDAY 25 OCTOBER
Welcome to this week's Xt3 Molested Catholics mail, where we highlight some of the great articles, videos and podcasts any other things of interest during the last week of interested to the Molested.

There are a number of new web sites popping up in regards Xt3 and Mary MacKillop Saint Mother Mary MacKillop and Xt3 Molested Catholics.com are just 2 of the recent ones.

The commercialization of Mary MacKillop has run riot across the country with fanaticized Mary-mania followers buying anything from post-cards and plastic key rings upwards. The church looks forward to making many millions of dollars both for itself and those who profit from church activities.

FEATURED GROUP
Our featured group this week are the Congregation of the Servants of the Paraclete. The Paracletes were one of the most profitable of our scams and even enabled Marciel to father and abuse his own children whilst bringing in millions of dollars into the church coffers. Whilst our own Kevin O'Donnell was not in the same financial class he was every bit of the rapist that Marciel was. Sadly we were unable to hold with the lie that the church was not aware of what the secular media terms sexual depravity and due to a range of other secular pressures the Servants of the Paracletes has had to be diminished somewhat; never-the-less they will lay dormant until their program can be raised again as this was one of the most financially prosperous systems in the Americas and was for a long time a very successful hideout. You can learn more on the Paracletes here.

HOTTEST ITEM
Undoubtedly the hottest item of the week has been the fact that ZOO magazine has been able to financially exploit Mary MacKillop before us. This is a shame as many of our good workers have continued to dribble religious mumblings into the ears of the Prime Minister who must be the last atheist on the planet that loves sucking up to organized religion Visit ZOO for more!

The "Pedophile's Paradise"
What else would we provide for our priests see The Stranger for more!

One a lighter side
I tell a fellow survivor friend of mine sarcastically...just to make him laugh... that I was so ugly that the priest left me alone and to fit in with the rest of the gang I had to abuse myself. Australian Opinion.com.au for more!

CRIMINAL CAPERS
We look like criminals, we act like criminals, we perpetrate crimes, we sexually abuse children's bodies and pollute their minds here.

Forgive Us Our Trespasses as we trespass often
Keep asking for forgiveness for our crimes. If we keep that up long enough they will expect that there is some truth in it. Don't disappoint the masses now that we have them totally confused, besides prayers, apologies and begging costs us nothing read more.

Money, Money, Money its a Corrupted Catholic World
Get behind our drive for more Money, Money, Money. Always when apologizing for the sexual abuse of children you should follow with a statement that says "We did it. We only did it a little bit and if only the government would give us more money we would do it some more Donate - its tax deductible. Cry poor and cry poor often - minimize our crimes, minimize them often

On the Middle East
The war against the Muslim world continues unabated under the notion that we are supporting the downfall of terrorism. The church needs martyrs and there is no better way to get them than through being involved in a good war. Get in the spirit of insanity and help to prolong the pain and agony so many feel in the MiddleEast today.

What Does it Mean to be Healed?
We genuinely don't know but if we can continue to sell the return to your abuser line as eventually the majority will suicide. Its a great ploy which we are exploiting and milking to the extreme to great effect. The Catholic Gospel for Sunday 31 October is about healing and thanksgiving. It is to tell of the story of the ten lepers who were healed by Jesus. This is about as remote from what survivors of clerical sexual abuse need so it is our best line to put forward and keeps us looking like the victim.

Bishops of Chile say there is no money in the Successful Rescue of Miners
In an Oct. 14 statement, the Bishops' Conference of Chile expressed their "sadness" at their inability to be able to exploit and milk this human experience for all its worth from the peasants of this South American country.

The Pope has also been praying for the trapped miners during the ordeal in the hope of cashing in on that or with the idea in mind that in the future we can attribute a miracle to this.

Screwing Ireland: We screw over the entire country once again
It has all gone very quiet on the island of Ireland with regard to the Gang of 9, These are the 'trusties' that B16 has sent over on foot of the Ryan (Institutional clerical abuse) and the Murphy (Dublin Diocesan) Reports.

For decades, Irish society turned a blind eye to the heinous crimes being committed on the inmates of Industrial and Reformatory Schools. They suddenly developed a conscience last May when the Ryan Report was published and the vindication of the victims took place. You should have heard the exclamations of 'ooh's' and 'aah's' from the hypocritical hoi polloi!

Doctors, Police, Courts, Medical People and society at large acted as though this was their first time hearing of the gore and grime of the 18 clerical institutions that systemically brutalised their innocent charges.

This gang of 9 is not going to make a blind bit of difference to survivors or the outcome of their findings. This is B16 being a clever pussy and merely going through the motions UNTIL the next bombshell is dropped. Believe me, it won't be long in coming. I hear Africans are being educated at a rate of knots! Boy! Wait until they come out! Missionary Position anyone?.

Estimating the numbers

" ... a random survey of over 7,000 active Catholics in the U.S. and Canada found a closer ratio, that 1.7 percent of the females and 3.3percent of the males had been sexually abused in childhood by a priest..." (Katherine van Wormer, MSSW, Ph.D.) Psychology Today - Priest abuse male compared female victimization impact published May 20, 2010.

Using these numbers as a base whilst recognising that a substantialnumber of victims would have already left the church the followingformula is used to calculate a low estimate of the number of sexualabuse victims in a given population of Catholics.

1.2 billion catholics
1.7% females abused = 10,404,000 [1.7% of 51.98% of the Catholic population]
3.3% males abused = 19,404,000 [3.3% of 48.02% of the Catholic population]

29,808,000 [combined males and females] Catholics identify themselves as having been sexually abused in childhood by a Catholic priest.

This formula can be applied to any population.
Estimate number of Australian Catholics sexually abused in their childhood by Catholic priests.
Australia 5,239,000 million catholics (2006 Census)
Estimated number of survivors who have been "finalized" (completed church or legal process) in Australia between 1000 and 4000.
1.7% females abused = 45,422
3.3% males abused = 84,715

"Once a cult gets big enough to dominate large areas of life (generallylarge enough to kill people) and gets official recognition, it becomes a 'religion'." Silverwhistle.

"A review of the literature on priest/clergy abuse reveals that for both genders the typical survivor became disillusioned with the churchand suffered a loss of religious faith as a result of the abuse and thesubsequent institutional response to the abuse. An inadequate amount of research has been done to determine the full extent of suicideattempts or completed suicides of victims of this form of abuse. Oneestimate in the literature is that 20 percent of children who wereabused by religious authorities considered suicide at some point.""...two major themes: loss of religious faith, and attacks on theirpersonal integrity when they told of the abuse." Psychology Today - Priest abuse male compared female victimization impact

It is estimated that only approximately 3% obtain a resolution via thecourts or the church; this leaves 117,000 survivors without any form ofjustice or adequate treatment and support. The vast majority of thesesurvivors will be in receipt of some form of government benefit orpension.

Survivors of sexual abuse who were not'institutionalised' were excluded from the recent "ForgottenAustralians" apology. No legislation to assist victims has been passedin an Australian Parliament to aid these or other victims ofinstitutional or clergy abuse.

Statute of limitations laws remain in effect in all Australian States with the exception of South Australia.

This clearly defined subset of Catholics and ex-Catholics can be shown to be the subject of discrimination on the basis of the status of theirabusers.

Canada given deadline by International Tribunal to repatriate the dead, prosecute the guilty

Ottawa, Canada - A newly formed International Tribunal has informed the government of Canada that, in partnership with aboriginal people, it will commence forensic excavations at twenty eight mass grave sites near former Indian residential schools across Canada after March 1, 2011, if Canada continues to refuse to prosecute those responsible for the deaths of thousands of children in these schools.

In a letter to Prime Minister Steven Harper today, the Acting Secretary of the six-nation International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State,(ITCCS) Reverend Kevin Annett, gave Canada and its churches four months to begin repatriating the remains of children who died in these schools, and bring to trial those responsible for their deaths.

Rev. Annett stated that his group had been approached and invited to conduct such an inquiry by "very many" aboriginal survivors of Indian Residential schools across Canada.

"After March1, 2011, our Tribunal will intervene and conduct any inquiry and forensic study which Canada refuses to do, at the invitation of survivors of Indian residential schools" stated Rev. Annett.

"The evidence is there, that many thousands of children died in residential schools. The continued refusal by Canada and its courts to prosecute those responsible is a clear obstruction of justice, and makes Canada an accessory to a crime against humanity."

On September 29, Judge Murray Sinclair of Canada's "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" stated publicly that "Thousands of children died in the schools, and their parents were never informed of how they died or where they were buried."

The ITCCS will be issuing a Public Summons to Prime Minister Harper and other church and state officials to appear before a London Tribunal during the week of April 4-8,2011, to answer charges of crimes against humanity.

The ITCCS has already issued such a Summons to Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, and six senior Cardinals at the Vatican. The ITCCS consists of member groups from Canada, the USA, Ireland, Australia, England and Thailand.

A copy of the ITCCS letter to Prime Minister Harper is attached.

The International Tribunal into Crimes

of Church and State

Established June 15, 2010

October 25, 2010

Prime Minister Steven Harper

Government of Canada

Dear Mr. Harper,

I am writing to you in my capacity as the Acting Secretary of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) to inform you that as of March 1, 2011,our organization will commence an independent investigation, including forensic excavations, at suspected mass grave sites near former Indian Residential Schools across Canada, if your government continues to refuse to investigate these sites and prosecute those responsible for the deaths of children in these schools.

The statement from your Office in February, 2008 which declared that, although criminal acts occurred in these schools, no criminal charges would be laid, indicates a clear policy by your government to officially exonerate the churches and persons responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of children.

Such a policy makes you and your government accessories to a crime under international law,and a pariah body in the Community of Nations.

At the request of survivors of Indian residential schools, our Tribunal will commence our own Inquiry into these deaths as of March 1, 2011, if your government has not done the following:

  1. Publicly disclose all the evidence held by you and the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada regarding the deaths of children in Indian residential schools, and the location of their buried remains.

  2. Begin a public and unconditional process of repatriation of those remains to their families for a proper burial.

  3. Commence criminal legal proceedings against the persons and institutions responsible for these deaths.

A copy of this letter has been issued to the world media and major governments.

I hope to receive a reply from you no later than November 15, 2010.

Sincerely,

(signed in the original)

Rev. Kevin D. Annett, M.A., M.Div.

Acting Secretary, The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS)

MONDAY 1 NOVEMBER
Welcome to this week's Xt3 Molested Catholics mail, where we highlight some of the recent articles, videos and webcasts along with other things during the past week of interest to Molested Catholics in the third millennium.

Firstly our thanks to all those who forwarded on last weeks xt3 for Molested Catholics email, we have had a flood of positive responses with many of you sending in information on stories to be included. We will endeavor to include all, however this week we have had to hold over a number of those items as we simply do not have sufficient time to process them all before our distribution deadline. Thanks again to all those "Forwarders" with a particular thanks to those working within Catholic institutions, we look forward to your continued support and distribution.

The miracles of Mary MacKillop have quickly faded into the background as the reality of the global clergy abuse crisis within the Catholic church continues unabated across the globe.  This week we provide some links which the youth of all nations should read and comprehend before they commit themselves to a religion such as the current Catholic church. Many make good reading for those Catholics who have been sheltered from a genuine understanding of the history of their church and may help them towards asking questions as to why they were not made aware of these facts during their lifetime of involvement with their church.

FEATURED GROUP
The Committee of Pedophile Victims at College Notre-Dame
Victims of abuse perpetrated by pedophile priests are asking for a cut of the profits from an upcoming high mass celebrating the canonization of the Montreal Roman Catholic known as Brother Andre. The once prestigious Notre-Dame college in Montreal has attempted to distance itself from the church in a failed bid to hold its numbers. The college was once run by the Congregation of the Holy Cross which made a habit of sexually abusing attendees and like almost  other Catholic institutions across the world it followed the standard cover up practices as taught by the church.  Abuse victims want profits from Saint Andre mass

HOTTEST ITEM
In a recent letter to Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper, the Acting Secretary of the six-nation International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, (ITCCS) Reverend Kevin Annett, gave Canada and its churches four months to begin repatriating the remains of children who died in these schools, and bring to trial those responsible for their deaths.

Rev. Annett stated that the ITCCS had been approached and invited to conduct such an inquiry by "very many" aboriginal survivors of Indian Residential schools across Canada.

"After March1, 2011, the Tribunal will intervene and conduct any inquiry and forensic study which Canada refuses to do, at the invitation of survivors of Indian residential schools" stated Rev. Annett.

"The evidence is there, that many thousands of children died in residential schools. The continued refusal by Canada and its courts to prosecute those responsible is a clear obstruction of justice, and makes Canada an accessory to crimes against humanity." Canada given deadline by Tribunal to repatriate the dead, prosecute the guilty

SUGGESTIONS OF THE WEEK
Suggestion of the week goes to the survivor who put forward the idea of an International register
where survivors can register the names of everyday Catholics who have chosen to turn a blind eye or those who have aided and abetted the crimes of the Catholic church with the intention of having them cited and charged with complicity in crimes against humanity.

In equal first place has been the suggestion to offer a confidential location for the increasing number of insiders and church workers who have access to information and documentation which they wish to get out to the public.

Let us know your thoughts, ideas and suggestion on these

THE "PEDOPHILE'S PARADISE"
AUSTRALIA. Healesville, Victoria.

INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN PEDOPHILE PRIESTS
The church has been found with its pedophile practices showing once again in the US where a convicted pedophile priest has been shown to have been transported Internationally as a means of keeping him within "the Faith".  Local San Diego television aired information on Friday showing how the priest is still in ministry and is still held in high regard in the local diocese. Gustavo Benson was  moved from San Diego region to the southern Mexican town of Ensenada despite the archdiocese knowing of his previous conviction for child molestation. In addition to the televised report local child protection advocates have uncovered a 1986 police report which shows that the priest plead "no contest" for abusing boys yet he remains in ministry and continues to have free access to children. San Diego has one of the poorest records for child protection and for covering up abuses against children in the US. More than 10,000 pages of documents were released recently with many new revelations coming from this - the church continues to fight the release of a further 2,000 documents which are known to contain further undisclosed information on pedophile priests.

ENGLAND EXPECTS - PEDOPHILE PROTECTING ARCHDIOCESE HELD RESPONSIBLE
A Roman Catholic diocese of Middlesbrough faces an UK Pounds8m compensation claim after three high court judges ruled that it owned and ran an institution where 142 former pupils are suing for abuse. The judges upheld an earlier ruling that the diocese was responsible for St William's Community Home, Market Weighton, Yorkshire, rather than the De La Salle Brothers, a Catholic order who worked there. The diocese did the usual by saying that its "thoughts and prayers" were with the alleged victims and their families so he likliehood of another million or so of wasted prayer time will result in no further progress from that aspect while so called good Catholics will feel they have contributed in a positive manner. The general opinion of survivors in the region is that the courts should sue the bastards into oblivion, they also want to claim possession of the Vatican as a memorial to the more than 30 million victims of sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic clergy who are alive today as well as the countless millions who died without any prospect or hope of justice. ON THE LIGHTER SIDE
There is much satisfaction in watching and knowing how galling it is for Catholics to have to publicly acknowledge, Jews, Muslims, Hindus etc. A small step towards equality, democracy and human rights, however there is a long way to go yet. These words are great to hear for many however they usually signal that some bishop or some Catholic somewhere is going to raise yet another "moral and ethical dilemma" - thankfully we are not hearing these shrill and hypocritical extremist and dysfunctional views as often as we once did as it is genuinely impossible for the church to gain traction and credibility on any moral or ethical issues whilst the issue of accountability and restitution of the survivors of clergy abuse remains unresolved. The joke that is making its way around survivor circles is that it is now the covering up Catholics who have to work much much harder and that bring a sense of satisfaction to many.

CHURCH ACTIVELY DENYING A PLATFORM FOR SURVIVORS
The continuation of the attempts to control survivors through the media as a means of denying them a platform to air their grievances continues at a heightened pace and cost to the church and to Catholics in general.

The latest attempt at repression comes once again from the Vatican It is pleasing to see just how hard it is today for the spinners of "all the good work" of the church to get their message across to an ever more skeptical press and policing. Survivor's Voice was informed recently that the Vatican social communications officer, Mr. Scelzo, began informing members of the media yesterday that they will not be allowed to cover the Reformation Day event or film from the grounds of the Vatican. Survivor's Voice has also been denied permits for victims of clergy abuse to gather as a group on Vatican property. The event which is described as "A gathering of people from around the globe standing together with survivors of childhood sexual abuse in one united voice to say 'Enough!'" will go on as planned at the City Square in front of the Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome beginning at 6:00 pm on Sunday Evening, October 31st.

Others to receive a special mention in this regard are the bishops of Broome, Cairns and Toowoomba whose backlog of failures to respond to enquiries in regards their social justice work and their ethics are now legendary with some responses being outstanding for more than 5 years. The bishop of Toowoomba's entreaty to be supportive of those parents whose children were sexually abused at St Xaviers appears to only go as far as offering up words of prayer and a suitable line of SPIN in the local press. Needless to say there is every expectation that legal proceeding will continue and the bishop of course will defend the church with more of Toowoomba Catholics money going to this cause. It seems the bishop,  his staff and the local branch of Carelink cannot comprehend that the few thousand they have on offer along with the usual "commercial" in-confidence agreement somehow falls short from the lone spouted positions of the leading light of Christianity and the moral and ethical directors of the people of the world.

FOXHOLE VACANCIES IN STILLWATER USA
If you wish to talk or communicate with Catholics in Stillwater Minesota in the USA in regards the clergy abuse crisis it will pay to remember the following. To talk with a Stillwater archdiocese representative you need to pass a religious test before they are willing to speak with you. The test appears to be based on the fear that some parishioners and archdiocese workers may get to hear what the rest of the world knows. The basic requirements of the test are that you speak only of the good work of the church, you must be an outspoken believer in all things catholic and you must hold with the flopped "a few bad apples" theory in regards sexually abusive clergy. No discussions on the crimes of the clergy or of the right to justice for survivors will be entered into.

So there you have it folks. If you want to hunker down in a foxhole with a Stillwater Catholic there is an increasing amount of room available in that increasingly shrill environment according to the locals. Arguments and personal conflicts are on the rise in the region with some saying that this in inversely related to the requirement of not openly discussing the crimes, the criminals and the supportive behaviors of those criminals by local church employees.

BISHOP STEINBOCK NOT SURE, THEN SURE, THEN NOT SURE!!!!
Q Bishop, when did you first realize or learn that when an adult lays his hands on the genitals of a child and manipulates the genitals of a child and places them on the body of a child for sexual purposes,it was a crime? When did you first realize that?
A You know, it's really hard for me to say. I think society-

Q No, you.
A Me?
Q You.
A I think I thought, along with society, for so many years it was-
Q Bishop, I'm going to ask you to focus on the question.

Transcript of Bishop John Steinbock, questioned by Jeff Anderson during the Santillan v. Bishop of Fresno trial where priests swear obedience to the bishop yet the bishop could not find a way to keep the pedophiles off the street.

Q Are you aware, Bishop, in 98-- were you a Bishop in '85?
A Yes.
Q You were at the Catholic Conference of Bishops, were you not, where there was a presentation done by Father- a presentation and a paper presented by Father Thomas Doyle, Father Peterson, and Ray Mouton, were you not?
A I do not remember the name of anyone who gave the presentations.
Q Do you remember a presentation at Collegeville in St. John's in1985 where it was presented to all the Bishops in the executive session that there was a crisis and a problem of pedophilia in the priesthood?Do you remember hearing that?
A Well, I don't think at that time it was necessarily called a crisis, but there was a concern we have to have about this. I don't remember the word "crisis" being said.
Q Do you remember receiving information in that report from Father Doyle and any others in executive session, that if you don't address the issue, you and the other Bishops could face liability in the civil courts for damages?
A I don't remember that.
Q Do you remember hearing that it could be in the billions?
A I do not remember that at all.

ASK A PRIEST ANYTHING - WELL ALMOST ANYTHING!
According to Katrina Lee of the archdiocese of Sydney Australia on of the most popular features on the bishop from hell's xt3 web site is the "Ask a Priest" feature.
Survivors who have attempted to use this service report an immediate failure of the system or the failure of the priest to answer their questions. It seems that the archdiocese of Sydney has been in communication with those in Stillwater USA as they too appear to want to run a religious or "faith" test before they will vet your questions. Seems like God's little helpers need to demand that you come to them with the same bias and prejudice as the questions of survivors do not appear to make it past the initial tests. Seems this is a hurdle the church is increasingly encountering across the globe and must be restricting their outreach to survivors capabilities as just as the Australian government has learned in the Northern Territory recently the church finds itself with an increasingly polarized and embattled work force who is unable to direct those in need to a service which actually provides real and practical support - perhaps they have expended all their funds on the SPIN of "all the good work we do" and the usual bad accounting has left nothing for the real work. Sounds familiar in country after country where the church is involved in providing extension of government services particularly in the areas of child protection.

Feel free to ask a survivor a question - they answer them without the need of a highly paid job with car and phone allowances, superannuation or church hierarchy connections. Mail your questions to AskaSurvivor@xt3molestedcatholic.com

DESPERATE TO INCREASE NUMBERS - CLAIMS HOMER SIMPSON
The church got down to counting cartoon characters as a means of inflating their lagging numbers through claiming that Homer Simpson is a Catholic. The truth is that the church was simply showing off its sophisticated sense of humor and as a means of showing the world just how inclusive the church is. One has to wonder if the ideal Catholic to fill the vacancies in the priesthood with a cardboard cut out of Homer at each altar - a most fitting substitute, however the producers were quick to point out that Homer most definitely would not belong to today's Catholic world.

MONDAY 7 NOVEMBER
Welcome to this week's Xt3 Molested Catholics mail, where we highlight some of the recent and historical articles, videos and atrocities carried out around the world in the name of Christianity along with other things during the past week of interest to Molested Catholics in the third millennium.

Thank you this week goes to all our "Forwarders" of xt3 for Molested Catholics email in Spain, the country which had the most recent misfortune of a papal visit. Thank you.

No miracles were attributed this week to Mary MacKillop, Brother Andre or any other Saints. None have yet to produce anything tangible in the Saints v Sinners stakes, while many everyday Catholics are praying at an ever increasing pace while the legal lackeys of the sinning hierarchy are preying (and copping the bulk of parishioners funds - any wonder the poor church has to cry poor so often!) on every available legal tactic they can employ with some among them still touting that old homily that the church simply cannot afford to pay for its crimes while the perverted princes of the church continue to live in parishioner provided and paid for palaces as some among them spend up to $US30,000 on a single outfit. So while the paying Catholics get to look forward to their reward in heaven in the next life the prancing princes get theirs in this one. We must all feel re-assured that God would be looking on smiling knowing his name continues to be used to dupe and milk the followers while the abused and the starving are left with nothing but prayers and hope for justice and equality after they are dead - its been a good line in the past though it is becoming a harder sell in these harsh economic times.

FEATURED GROUP
The Workers and Supporters of the Archdiocese of San Diego
Added bonuses and a bonus towards your ticket to heaven. The good Catholic workers of San Diego have shown their courage and determination along with their limited capacity to rationalize reality. A great deal of parishioners funds have been extended in a failed attempt to keep secret 10,000 documents. Those in the employ of the archdiocese have gained notariety across the globe for being amongst the dumbest and the most deceived Catholics on the face of the planet - the jokes go along the lines of "Dumb. That's not dumb - wait until you meet a San Diego Catholic - now that is dumb. But wait; there is more. Wait until you meet a San Diego Catholic that works for the San Diego archdiocese."

We have been led to understand that many of the honorifics and job titles have been re-designed to bring this up to a century or so ago with new positions opened up with titles such as "The Holy Office of Pedophile Protector and Enabler" through to lowly staffing positions being upgraded to "Pedophile Assistant" and "The Secret Body for the Secret Management of the Secret Property Management Scammers".Probably one of the most enjoyable reads came from a San Diego Catholic school teacher (name and details withheld) who said "the only thing keeping her a Catholic these past years is the monthly pay check.", "the joke of it is that there are those here who feel that if we provided a genuine education to the children of the inculcated we would be out of a job for speaking the truth, after all we are a employed to provide a Catholic Education."

HOTTEST ITEM
Europe appears to be on the verge of a new financial windfall with forward orders for pies flooding in for next weeks masses.

Video footage has shown a young man hitting Belgium's top Archbishop Andre Leonard in  the face with a pie during an All Saints' Day service, according to a report in The Age.

A church official said the archbishop would not press charges.

The incident follows weeks of reports about statements by the Archbishop and other turmoil within the country's Catholic Church over cases of sexual abuse of children by Catholic priests.

The bishop also lost his recently appointed spokesperson who stated "Archbishop Leonard has sometimes acted like someone who's driving against the traffic and thinks everyone else is wrong,"

It is good to see this level of maturity reaching the upper echelons of the church as usually people who do this type of thing would have been deemed to be psychiatrically disturbed although after the bishops recent statement they probably decided that was too much of a hard sell. The video footage by a front pew Catholic can be viewed here. Some recent posts we spotted on the bishops Facebook Wall "... after years of dealing with the sexual abuse at the hands of your fellow clergy I don't have the funds to pay for air travel just to slap you in the face with a pie. However I do have the funds for a few pies and a few contacts - when is your next public appearance?" Most of these types of comments appear to be short lived however as the author of several comments we read told us that they are doing church workers a service by keeping them occupied in the hopeless task of keeping up appearances. The author went on to say that while Catholics are occupied on the job of pretend in the online world at least they have less time to protect or enable the pedophiles.

MEETING OF THE WEEK (CONTRIBUTED)
I met a man today who told me of waking every morning and telling himself he was better than his childhood abuser and of how he forgave him each day due to his superior intellect and ability. I wondered if in his daily moments of delusion if he realized how this type of abeyance to your abuser actually endangers other children and permits a known pedophile to be able to operate freely within the church.

I also wondered how long he would continue to degrade himself and others on a daily basis as those who have survived their abuse well simply do not need reminding on a daily basis as they learned that lesson long ago. Needing to be reminded on a daily basis does give an indication to the repetition and regularity of the denial required, this appears to emanate from a deeply entrenched religious upbringing and suits religious ideals and thinking - it does not suit or fit with democracy and rule of law, of protecting children and looking after your neighbor.

There can be no good that can come to a society from advocating deferring from the rule of law, democracy, equality and human rights in this life for the personal belief of judgment in the next. In this life that is called perverting the course of justice.

SUCCESSFUL CLOSURE & COMPENSATION
While there have been no studies in regards the best methods of reporting childhood sexual abuse by Catholic clergy there is plenty of anecdotal evidence of the failings of the church systems from a human perspective. Whilst the systems, mostly in the guise of "independent" commissions of some sort, paid for by the church, answerable to the church and most often operated by a legal entity with the authority to flip flop from civil to canon law in their 'investigations'. These appear to be a modern day version of aspects of the Inquisition due to the harm they bring to those they have contact with. Many are accompanied by "Independent" panels stacked with Catholic psychiatrists, survivors and members of the Catholic laity. (Independent in these circumstances would at a minimum require these bodies to be agnostic or atheist else they simply cannot be deemed independent - there is less chance of that when these bodies are stacked with "good Catholics".)

The Australian example found in Melbourne is a role model of ruthless efficiency

SURVIVOR RECOLLECTIONS
As we know many survivors have had to live very different lives than the majority of the population. One survivor related how working for the Mafia whilst traveling through the US was an interesting interlude, however the sentiment he expressed in the statement "they were more honest to deal with than the Catholic church. There were no mind games like the church although some used confession to ease their conscience or perhaps it was just a front they played, however they paid you and they were straight with you. If it ever came to making a deal with the Mob or with a devout Catholic I would choose the Mob any day as they only kill you once!" speaks plenty for the diverse lives of many survivors. The real stories of survivors are those who made there way in society despite the abysmal 'education' they received at the hands of abusive clergy and nuns. Kudos to them and hopefully we will get to hear from more survivors and their escapades. The loftiest of all of those stories would have to go to the City of Angels Lady - Kay Ebeling who flew parabolas with NASA.

I trained to do this blog at NASA

9/1978 to 3/1981 I was editor of Space News Roundup Check them out. Also at CityofAngels2 we will soon be telling the story of What Really Happened at NASA.
Look for the photo of Kay towards the bottom of the page, send her some Hi-Fives to help her on her upcoming journey across the US which will culminate in 2012 for the 10th anniversary of the Boston disclosures where Kay will blog on all the 'good work' the church has done in the 10 years since these major disclosures in the US. Kay, whose own claim is barred has never received any form of support from the church however the City of Angels Lady has now possibly published more on the issues than The Boston Globe itself. Kay has been responsible for a plethora of disclosures and has directly and indirectly assisted many survivors in obtaining settlements, evidence, witnesses and support. The work of this one Angel Lady far exceeds all the efforts of Mary MacKillop in bringing these abusers to justice. Well done Kay on your years of work supporting survivors.

ON THE ROFLPYSWL SIDE
If it isn't Roman Catholic then it's not a proper Church, Pope tells Christians
If it protects pedophiles and its religion then its Catholic, Survivors tell Christians

AUSTRALIANS SCREWED BY THE SAME SCEWERS AS IN IRELAND
Politicians and clergy continue with the farce that if you do not speak of the problem then there is no problem.Recently posted to the blog of Tony Abbott the federal member for Warringah, and the Opposition Leader.

Tony,

I would like to make this an opportunity to open up the discussion on a more complete picture of the outcomes due to the failings of the Catholic church to be able to address appropriately the issues of restoration, justice and healing towards survivors of sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic and other clergy.

Undoubtedly when one religion is able to continue in the manner of the current Catholic church it simply sends the message that if you belong to the Catholic religion then you are permitted to self manage your own civil crimes.

Tony as you are aware (with the hundreds of emails and contacts made in this regard that I am aware of it is simply impossible to say otherwise) there are genuinely discriminatory activity and barring against particular sets of survivors. The unwritten but unmistakable point of discrimination comes when an individual survivor has had to reject the vast majority of the teachings of the Catholic church simply in order to survive.  There are simply no services or avenues of communication available that provides such independence so perhaps that could be a priority point for discussion as this is the area that pushes an already at high risk demographic over the edge. Many who experience this describe it as planned and willful. The survivors of these crimes are deserving of their full rights and justice and the Australian people are deserving of a full and independent investigation into what many describe and experience as crimes against humanity.

These are crimes against humanity targeted specifically at those who have had to step to enable their continued survival or who have become critical of the harmful processes and operations of current services provided as these are also the activities and processes which prolong the cover up and prolong the pain of all of us touched by these horrors.

The vast majority (estimated at 80+%) of survivors of sexual abuse at the hands of clergy if they are to be dealt with humanely must be provided with genuinely independent services. There have been many attempts to have the church and/or government to acknowledge that only openness and inclusion of survivors can bring understanding.

Survivors require a separation and between health/support services and they require an independence from the religion for their psychologically safety and for the progress of their healing - this is currently denied to this specific demographic and should not be permitted to continue.  It may be unfortunate, however it is a fact that these survivors simply cannot re-accept the same deceptions used to access them as children as a part of the provided 'healing' by church processes.

This one topic that is seemingly taboo for open discussion is identified more in society than just the survivors of abuse as the Church operating outside the law and the spirit of the law and outside our ideals of a secular and Democratic society, a society which aims upholds the human rights of all Australians equally even if they are survivors of sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic or other clergy.

There is much that the whole of Australia can gain from an open discussion towards a solution to these human rights issues by way of managing and controlling the widespread impact it brings to our society; as well it brings with it many confused messages to our youth and to the population at large.

Tony, will you meet openly with survivors and champion their cause for justice for the abused and the protection and safety of children of the future from the same abuses?

The Irish government is sitting on 640 million euros of our 'reparation' monies and yet they refuse to act. We, as children, were responsible for the upkeep of these Industrial Schools and without our input the nuns and brothers would certainly have earned their keep! The Redress Board was a national scandal of which you are well aware. Crime does pay in this country! Meanwhile, survivors are dying and getting older by the day and you refuse to do anything. We have had enough at this stage. You've had months to decide on the outcome of the polls regarding our reparation monies and we need answers.

When these reparation monies were initially received, you put a man on to the board to oversee it along with others and then promptly removed him to oversee the NAMA fiasco. So much for your concern for the citizens! Plus this highlights to all and sundry your priorities. NAMA should never have happened.

You consistently refuse to deal with the Magdalene Laundry issue - perhaps you're waiting for their deaths too? Remember the world's eyes are on you and how you behave in the coming months will either stand for or against you. These issues will not go away! Get talking to those nuns! Perhaps you've done some further shady deals with them that we don't know about?

The Bethany Homes gravestone has to be erected and you will have to face your responsibility towards the deaths of those starved, abused and murdered children.

Given what's happening over the Roscommon Case and the continuous abuse over 10 years of those 6 children, Mary Harney and Barry Andrews should have their employment terminated immediately along with all the social workers involved in the case. It's too late when you appear on TV apologising - those children have been damaged and words will not heal them. Brendan Drumm has not earned his salary and it's now high time he returned his 70,000 euros bonus!!

The sentencing of these two evil monsters is a joke and the judiciary need to take a good look at sentencing where children are concerned and in the sentencing of rapists.

The question I ask and shall continue to ask is why none of the 18 RELIGIOUS CONGREGATIONS faced imprisonment for their crimes?

If you are not fit for purpose, and it would very much appear this way, then I suggest you hightail it out of there and leave thereins with some party that cares about its people first - not banks, builders nor developers! You too will have questions to answer in time. It happened on your watch Brian Cowen!!!!!

HSE expense claims 2007 to 2010

Posted: 28 Oct 2010 10:12 AM PDT

In what we believe to be the largest single release of information since the inception of the Freedom of Information Act 12 years ago, the Health Service Executive (HSE) has released details of expense claims for everyone in the organisation over the past three and a half years. The datasets contain 316,307 rows, totaling EURO 260,450,676.60 (EURO 260.4m) broken down by HSE region, and in some cases by hospital/grade.

It has been difficult to calculate just how many people this relates to, but given that 100,000 people work for the HSE, we suspect the data relates to a great many people working within the organisation. And we should make clear that as far as we are concerned the vast, vast majority of claims are entirely legitimate. What we believe, and as we have always stated, is that this kind of information should be published as a matter of course by all public bodies, in open accessible formats, and on a regular basis.

There are a number of issues, however. Firstly the data varies. Each HSE region has released the data in different ways. Some have released more columns than others, some have helpfully condensed the data into single sheets. Others have released poorly, with the record accidentally cut short within cells.

Some readers have expressed surprise to us at the length of time it takes to get releases, so we will try to describe this more within blogposts. In this case the process took 3 months. The data element of our request went well over the 20 days allowed for reply and as a result we sought an internal review on the basis of deemed refusal. The HSE then met, and decided to release. We wish to praise the HSE in one significant respect. The HSE released the data in spreadsheets (xls as requested), on a memory stick (handy since the data comes to almost 1GB) and then sent the data via courier (though post would have been fine). If all bodies acted in this way it would help us all. Bodies who release data as PDFs take note.

We have also been made aware that as is common practice within public bodies, a notification was posted to the HSE internal intranet, informing all staff that expenses data had been released to a Mr Gavin Sheridan, and it would shortly be in the public domain. This has led to a significant number of Google searches over the past couple of weeks from HSE domains.

We are going to release this data in the unclean and raw way in which it was released. It was released several weeks ago to us and myself and Mark have spent a good deal of time cleaning the sheets and analysing them for potential follow-up (hence the quiet period around here of late). We will release those versions soon. We will be seeking the technical assistance of others in further cleaning and combining the data into a searchable database for any member of the public (or of the HSE) to access.

To kick things off, and in no particular order. Here are the expense claims of HSE South for 2007:

You can download the sheet by clicking (Google Spreadsheet) Download and choosing your preferred format. More in the coming days.

A Piss in the Park Initiates a Call for Immunity through Canon LawResurgent aggressive secularism resorts to killingCalifornia5
Regular Baja 1000 competitor Ken Kosiorek sparks an International incident over a piss in the park.

Upon learning that immunity would be provided if he held the paperwork has inspired Ken to seek the support of the San Diego archdiocese in this horrible misadventure of justice which has over-reached the Canon Law and its immunity in our community.  The world was alerted to this blatant error of secular authorities via the following email.

Just Got a Ticket from a San Diego California State Parks Ranger In the mountains by Julian, CA because I rode my Dirt Bike Off Road in the Bushes to take a leak.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! The world is going to END..

The Ranger asked me if I had any weapons.  I said "NO" but "I am a Molested Catholic" He looked at me like I was NUTS.   So I asked him what this situation would evolve into.  He said He would give me a ticket.

Good,  Make sure YOU WRITE "MOLESTED CATHOLIC" on the Ticket since I am one.

Another point of silence and a strange look at me.

I asked the Rangers (Another one showed up to help number one)  If I had Diplomatic Immunity Paperwork would they continue with a TICKET?????

Ranger Answered "NO TICKET WOULD BE GIVEN OUT, HAVE A NICE DAY" we would let you go.  DID YOU GET THAT, THEY WOULD NOT WRITE A TICKET, If I had Diplomatic Immunity Paperwork,   (Off to the San Diego Diocese to get that on Monday)  Ahhhhhhhhhh  So the Vatican's workers have A free pass to create Crimes under CANON LAW?   They both told me they did not know what CANON LAW WAS and where very inquisitive about it.  I said we will have the JUDGE tell the Courtroom what CANON LAW IS and I claim CANON LAW under this charge to be dismissed.

I had these to rangers very confused!!!!!! The Case will go the The ELCAJON, California ZIP CODE 92020 Courthouse

Should get very Political when I show up in Court with My T-SHIRT on and tell the Judge to explain Molested Catholic Diplomatic immunity and Canon Law to ALL.

With the recent: statement by Australian Bishop Peter Elliott, head of Melbourne's John Paul II Institute for Marriage and the Family clearly told mass-goers in Bendigo Cathedral on Sunday that the secular authorities do not have a Constitutional right to be governed other than via the catholic church it is only natural that Catholics should seek the support and the protection of the church when secular authorities over-step the boundaries.

Bishop Elliott went on to add that "Resurgent aggressive secularism resorts to killing as it strives to engineer, direct and control not only society, but your life and mine." The Bishop said
said bishops respected the boundaries of government and religion, but were "bound as pastors to help people form their consciences. The kingdom of Christ compels us to speak and not be silenced."

While the bishops statement has yet to be fully tested by those under the spell of aggressive secularism this prince of the church has directly called for the application of Canon law over aggressive secularism and it is to be hoped that Ken is able to obtain immunity through the archdiocese of San Diego.

We all need to be vigilant and we all need to stand against secularism as their "warped practice of eugenics is rising from its Nazi tomb" in Australia. Undoubtedly this is now spreading across the rest of the world with this incident clearly showing itself to be the beginning of the downfall of society which is something the church and its princes have upheld over the millennia.

Bishop Elliott  along with Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, the religious figure of the Sri Lankan Catholic Church, seems to be becoming something of a joke ever since he was appointed a cardinal by the Pope. He appears to have a assumed a new arrogance and is now running about trying to tell everyone else what they should be doing when there are a myriad of issues in the Catholic Church that need to be put right first.

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith needs to decide whether he is a politician or a man of the cloth.

The Cardinal's latest bombastic statements to the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) seemed to be steeped in ignorance and are deeply prejudicial to ethnic harmony and peace building in Sri Lanka. Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith appears to believe that certain parts of Sri Lanka belong exclusively to particular ethnic groups - in this case, he appears to believe that the north and east of Sri Lanka belong exclusively to Tamils and thus should not be open to non-Tamils. He chides the return of non-Tamils to parts of their country which have been out of bounds for more than 25 years.

Such views are appalling and should be roundly condemned by all right thinking Sri Lankans. All Sri Lankan citizens, regardless of their ethnic origin or religious beliefs should be allowed free movement throughout the country. The north of the country is now finally open to Sri Lankans both of Tamil and non-Tamil origin and it should stay that way. People to people contact can only help the cause of peace and harmony.

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith's opposition to the opening up of the north is both curious and duncish. Is Sri Lanka's Catholic Church afraid of losing its domination in Northern Sri Lanka, where for many years it maintained a close relationship with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), a terrorist group banned in many contries? Is Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith afraid than non-Catholics will return to the north and rebuild their places of worship and thus threaten his Christian missionary activities? Is he afraid of religious pluralism and ethnic integration? Is he afraid of Muslim refugees returning to their land of origin?

During the war which ravaged the country and led to the deaths of thousands of lives, Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith never uttered a word against all those Catholic priests in northern Sri Lanka who acted as agents of the LTTE and aided in the abduction of Tamil children to be used as child soldiers. He did not utter a word about Catholic churches being used as store houses for arms and ammunition and as safe houses for suicide bombers. He has been blind and dumb to the rampant sexual and physical abuse of Sri Lankan children taking place at the hands of predatory priests in Catholic schools and seminaries across the country. Parishioners who want justice for their abused children are threatened with excommunication and the Church's hired thugs. Under Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith's watch none of the rogue Catholic priests have been brought to justice, but yet he sits in sharp judgement over those outside his church.

Should we all be grateful for the clarity and peace loving nature of the Catholic hierarchy or should we all cringe in horror and disgust at the failed thinking of these affected men or is it just a case of a state of illness, something incurable and uncontrollable, all the more so because it is made possible and in fact encouraged by their power and the immense wealth at their disposal.

Global Declaration of a Public Moral Danger to our Children and a Moral Menace to Society

The Catholic church set itself up as the one to show us the way on morality, justice, how to raise our children and how our society should be. It has comprehensively and consistently failed on all those points.

The Catholic church has been infecting and polluting our society with its demands of dominion, power and manipulation of society, equality and human right of the people, the abuses of clergy including the sexual abuse of our children for hundreds of years.

This Declaration is to advise the Catholic church and those who continue to follow and to support in any manner whatsoever shall be declared to be a moral danger to society and that furthermore they shall be
justifiably publicly despised, vilified and publicly humiliated for howsoever long they continue to defend or support in any manner whatsoever.

This Declaration advises the establishment of a tribunal to develop global compensation levels and programs, to coordinate global restoration programs and to forwards all accounts for such works to The Holy See, the Vatican as the global head of the Catholic church and to
bishops globally and to Catholic clergy and Catholic laity globally and to all who continue to support the church and its declared abhorrent anti-social practices. The tribunal selection panel to be made entirely from independent, publicly declared and publicly acknowledged survivors of abuse at the hands of Catholic clergy.

January 1, 2012 is set as the date for the people of the world to declare open war on the Vatican and its global operations unless it either implements an open and transparent system of democracy throughout its reaches it shall be declared a pariah state and denied access to any country declaring itself to be a democracy observing the basic human rights of peace, justice, restoration and the safety, independence and individuality of our children in body and in mind.

The tribunal shall demand the setting of a minimum joining age of 16. The intent and purpose is to permit an individual to be raised until the age of 16without experiencing life setting demands of ownership or belonging to any religious or political belief to ensure the protection of the right of every child and individual to have and to exercise their freedom upon reaching an age of maturity to follow a belief system of their own individual and independent choice. Today we understand that it is a falsehood and a lie to our children to offer them the choice of free will and free choice and independence as an adult to bring up children within a system that tithes them to the religion for the rest of their life.

San Diego, CA Monday, January 10th, 2010 3:49 PM

Shunned away from EL CAJON, CA Traffic Courts for being a Molested Catholic given Diplomatic Immunity!!!!!!

I was Dismissed by the El Cajon, CA  Traffic Court System TODAY, I am in Tears !!!!!

I showed up to plead Not Guilty at my Possible Jury hearing today for a Traffic Ticket.  I handed my Molested Catholic ID Card, (See Attached)  and California License to the Court clerk with a photo copy of my Traffic Ticket, She was very QUIET.

The Very NICE Court Clerk could not find my Ticket???  The California Park Ranger that gave it to me had to Write “Molested Catholic” on the Ticket per my request.  Diplomatic Immunity applies to the “Molested Catholic”Ticket DISMISSED!!!   THANK YOU VATICAN for giving ME, Ken Kosiorek, A molested catholic, DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY from a traffic crime committed!!!THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU

I am not worthy of being fined, I was told by the Court Clerk to “GO AWAY”

I had the Very Nice Clerk give me a receipt (See Attached) to prove I showed up for the Ticket Court Date on time that had “Molested Catholic” (See Enclosed) written on the ticket by the California Park Ranger.  The Receipt also has “Molested Catholic” written by the very nice clerk.   She also saw my Molested Catholic ID CARD and I offered her to make copies to give the Very Nice Staff of Clerks.

Went to the District Attorney’s Bonnie M Dumanis County of San Diego on the5th floor to Discuss Diplomatic Immunity for Religious Clergy and Diplomats?    Which Religion should have Diplomatic Immunity?.  The District Attorney’s office had me speak with VERY HELPFUL Stephen A.Long with results of him telling me to go ask these questions of the FEDERAL COURT HOUSE.  He was not sure how to address and/or define Diplomatic Immunity in writing. Do only Diplomats have or Catholic Clergy, and if Catholic Clergy, Then Does that mean the Roman Catholic Church control the Courts system in the United States of America? THE WORLD???

DIALOG has been started with Stephen!!!!! An Officer of the US Court System for Molested Catholics!!!
